摘　　要：从研究铝壳电机的结构特点出发,结合切断电源法和改变电压法提出了机械噪声的分析流程,针对机械噪声产生的原因,提出降低铝壳电机机械噪声的措施,从而提高电机的制造质量。From the special construction of the electromotor with aluminum housing, a new method to analyze mechanical noise of the machine was brought out by employing the method of cut off power combined with the method of change voltage. The measures to abate the mechanical noise were summarized. Thus, the quality of the motor was improved.
