摘　　要：介绍了RCS-9012稳控集中管理系统的软件设计功能及实施方案。RCS-9012是根据电网安全稳定控制系统的特点,结合现代通信技术研制出的一套专门用于稳控装置控制、管理的信息平台,具有Web发布功能和重要信息短信通知功能,同时能为其他系统提供可靠的数据源。文中提出了RCS-9012的典型配置方案,对于今后安全稳定控制系统的管理具有积极意义。This paper introduces the software design and implementation of RCS-9012 integration management system of stability control system. RCS-9012 is a software management information platform which is based on the characteristics of the security and stability control system and combined with modern communication technologies： RCS-9012 is specially developed for the management of the stability control equipment, and has functions of Web publishing and important information notification through short messages. At the same time, it can provide a reliable data source for other systems. This paper presents the typical configuration of RCS-9012 which provides valuable information for the management of the security and stability control system in the future.
