摘  要:《华中电力市场建设方案(征求意见稿)》提出华中电力市场将采用"中长期双边交易为主,现货交易为辅"的市场模式。文中针对华中电力市场跨省双边交易,采用高低匹配撮合方式进行交易模拟的分析思路,建立了适用于华中电力市场跨省双边交易的模拟分析模型,并利用模型进行了多方案模拟测算,深入分析了双边交易对区域公司、省公司和各省发电企业的影响,并给出了华中电力市场初期应采取的交易模式以及合适的交易电量空间。分析结论可以为电力监管机构制定市场规则提供依据和参考。In the construction scheme of Central China electricity market the main transaction mode of Central China electricity market has been proposed, which adopts long-term bilateral transaction primarily and short time spot market as an auxiliary. Aimed at the trans-provincial bilateral transaction problem in Central China electricity market, a transaction simulation based on high-low match methods and the transaction modes are proposed. The models are used to measure the volume in many cases, and the impact o{ bilateral transaction on main market players is analyzed. The proper transaction mode and appropriate bidding space are put forward by discussion. The conclusion of the paper provides decision-making reference for the construction of electricity market.
