摘　　要：针对福建电网500kV区域稳控系统,提出一种采用数字闭环动模实验实现全面、系统测试的方法。该方法利用实时数字仿真(RTDS)平台实现电网潮流和故障线路模拟量的输出,设计了光电隔离装置实现多条线路潮流量与稳控装置的接口,同时将线路保护装置与稳控装置构成一套完整的闭环动模实验系统。通过闭环动模实验验证了区域稳控系统的可靠性、有效性,为电网稳定运行提供了保障。One way of digital close-loop dynamic test for the area stability control system （ASCS） in Fujian Grid is proposed. The analog outputs of the grid load flow and the fault line are easily obtained from the real time digital simulation （RTDS）, A new photo-electricity interface between the ASCS and RTDS to realize the output of lines load flow is designed, and the line relay protection is merged into it to build the entire close-loop dynamic test system. By the close-loop dynamic test of the ASCS, the reliability of the ASCS is verified and the ASCS function for the Fujian Grid stability is ensured.
