摘　　要：建立了辛夷挥发油GC-MS指纹图谱,比较不同产地、不同采收期辛夷的相似性以及差异。结果表明不同批次药材成分及含量有一定的差别,不同产地以及不同采收期样品间有较大差异。实验表明该方法可较全面地反映辛夷挥发油的化学成分,为辛夷药材的质量控制提供有效手段。The fingerprint of magnolia, was established, based on chromatograms of 12 batches of samples, which obtained from different sources. Result shows that there are some differences in constituents and contents among these 12 batches of samples. An accurate, stable and repeatable determination method was obtained, it is useful for quality evaluation of the crud druge of Magnolia..
