摘 要:以烤烟(Nicotianatabacum L.K326)为试验材料,在大田条件下,研究了不同供氮量对烤烟生长、氮素累积和烟碱累积的影响,为优质烤烟生产提供一定的理论依据和技术指导.结果表明:在金沙地点,在一定范围内,随施氮量增加烤烟各生育时期各叶位和整株的干重、氮素累积量和烟碱累积量均有增加的趋势,且施氮量在超过97.5kg/hm2后基本保持稳定;施氮量对上部叶干重,氮素累积量和烟碱累积量的增加效应主要发生在烤烟生长后期,中下部叶则发生在烤烟生长前期;施氮能明显提早到达烤烟的整株干重最大累积速率,整株氮素最大累积速率和整株烟碱最大累积速率,而且这三者都随施氮量增加而增加.氮素累积高峰发生在干物质累积和烟碱累积高峰之前,且后两者的峰值均出现在打顶以后.In a field experiment, flue-cured tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum) cultivar K 326 was selected to study the effects of different nitrogen application rates on the growth and the accumulation of nitrogen and nicotine in flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that the dry weight or nitrogen accumulation and nicotine accumulation of each leaf position and of the whole plant had an increasing trend as nitrogen application increased within certain ranges in Jinsha, and they remained basically unchanged when the nitrogen rate surpassed 97.5 kg/hm^2. The effects of nitrogen application for increasing dry weight and nitrogen and nicotine accumulation of upper leaves mainly occurred at later growth stages of tobacco plants but those of middle and lower leaves occurred at earlier stages. Compared with the no-N control, nitrogen application treatments advanced the arrival of the highest rates of accumulation in dry weight and nitrogen accumulation and nicotine accumulation of the whole plant, and all the three increased with N rates. The highest rate of nitrogen accumulation of the whole plant occurred before that of nicotine accumulation and dry weight of the whole plant, which occurred after the removing the apex.
