摘  要:研究了包含重大危险源的区域消防给水系统的规划问题。根据消防给水系统的相关标准和要求,基于包含重大危险源区域的风险布局特征,把区域划分为若干个功能区块,以重大危险源燃烧特性的不确定性建立了消防灭火用水量的模糊性,并考虑区域中存在的外部天然水源以及给水网络调度功能的补充作用,建立了消防给水量以及加压水泵的多目标函数,结合建筑物的类型、规模、人员密度、管网水力平衡等建立相关的约束条件,最终建立包含重大危险源的区域消防给水系统优化模型。Problems in the planning of water supply for the area with serious fire hazard have been studied. Based on the related regulations and requirements, several functional areas have been classified with the reference to the overall fire hazard arrangement. The uncertainty of fire water supply have been set up according to the uncertainty of burning characteristics of serious fire hazard. Natural water resources within the hazardous area as well as the complementation of the other water supply network have been considered when establishing the multi-purpose function of the amount of fire water supply and pressurized water pump. The related confinements have been defined with considering the occupancy, scale, density of people and hydraulic balance of the pipe network. The optimized fire water supply model has been finally established.
