摘 要:采用溶胶—凝胶法制备TiO2溶胶,并将其对羊毛织物进行整理及染色。使用SEM、EDX、TG-DTA和FTIR研究了羊毛纤维处理前、后的化学和物理结构特性。测试了羊毛织物的抗紫外线和耐日晒性能。结果表明,羊毛织物经TiO2溶胶处理后,其热分解过程缩短。与未处理的羊毛织物相比,TiO2处理的羊毛织物抗紫外线性能和耐日晒牢度均有显著提高。TiO2 sol was firstly prepared by using the sol-gel method in .the lab. Wool fabric was treated by using TiO2 sol, and then it was dyed by using the acid blue dye. The performance of modified wool fabric was investigated by means of SEM,EDX,TG - DTA and FTIR. The properties of anti-ultraviolet radiation and fastness to light of wool fabric before and after treating were also tested. The results showed that the thermal decomposing process of treated wool fabric was reduced compared with wool fabric. The ability of anti-ultraviolet radiation and the color fastness to light of treated wool fabric were greatly improved.
