摘　　要：采用阴离子自乳化法引入亲水基团二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)合成了稳定的聚氨酯水分散液,探索了DMPA用量、NCO/OH比值对聚氨酯水分散体系乳液性能和胶膜的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、耐水性的影响,并确定了较佳的配方。所合成的阴离子水性聚氨酯的特点是软段链长,成膜柔软且透明度高,用来作为封端型聚氨酯羊毛防毡缩整理剂的添加剂可以明显改善织物手感,减少黄变现象。In this paper, the stable aqueous polyurethane was prepared based on anionic self-emulsified process by incorporating dimethylol propionic acid （DMPA） into the prepolymer backbone. The impacts of the content of DMPA and the ratio of NCO/OH to the properties of the waterborne polyurethane latex and tensile-strength, elongation and water resistance of film were all researched. Due to the high ratio of soft segments in the chain and high flexibility and transparency of film, the aqueous polyurethane produced can be added into the wool shrink-resisting agent to improve the handle and decrease the yellowing.
