摘　　要：介绍了单双层结合组织在粗纺毛织物中运用的技术要点及注意事项。以实例说明:通过双层组织与单层组织不同的充实率比例和占用比例搭配,选用不同原料,纱支的纱线配合,特定的后整理工序,即可生产出具有局部起皱风格及特殊花型外观效果的面料。通过组织变化,可生产出风格迥异、变化万千的粗毛纺织物。This article mainly introduces the technical points and care instructions of single and double layer technique, which is used in tweed woolen fabrics. The article gives explanations to us based on examples： matching different filling ratio proportion with holding proportion on double layer and single layer structures, using yarns with different materials and yarn count, through the special finishing process, then many different kinds of fabric products can be produced, such as the fabrics with partial wrinkles, the level off fabrics with special patterns. Therefore, the conclusion is that the various tweed woolen fabrics with different styles can be produced through a little change on fabric structures.
