摘　　要：介绍了LB023型洗毛联合机翻泥斗系统电气控制改造中的通用逻辑控制器的设计过程。它是一种以单片机为核心,C51编程语言为开发工具,能实现6种基本逻辑功能以及接通延时、断电延时和RS触发器等逻辑功能。该通用逻辑控制器能够代替定时器、继电器等设备,更经济、更快速、更灵活地解决简单开关量控制任务。在系统改造后,产品成本降低,控制柜的体积变小,而且能够根据工艺要求随时扩展其功能。In this paper, a design of general logic controller in modification of tip bucket electric control system in LB023 sheep scoured wool, is introduced. General logic controller has basic logical function, based on C51 programming language software and microcontroller hardware, six basic logical functions and other logical functions such as turn-on delay, turn-off delay and RS trigger. This logic controller can replace timer and relay. It is easier, faster and more convenient in resolving ordinary task of digital value control. After system being updated, the cost will be reduced, and the equipment takes smaller space. Meanwhile, the system can expand its functions according to the required techniques at any time.
