摘 要:为了给基于巨磁电阻效应的交/直流两用电子式电流互感器传感头的设计提供依据,设计并制作了静态和工频电流测试平台;基于LabVIEW完成了数据采集和测试软件的编制,实现了对巨磁电阻传感器静态及工频磁场下特性的全面测试。静态特性测试结果表明,传感器正负磁场下的主要技术指标相近,而当温度升高时,输出提前进入饱和区且饱和区电压降低;工频测试结果表明,传感器具有良好的线性输出。静态/工频特性结果的对比分析表明两者具有良好的一致性,从而验证了巨磁电阻电流传感器进行交/直流两用测量的可能性。In order to provide the theory basis for the research of sensor of AC/DC electronic current transformer based on giant magneto-resistance (GMR) effect, the test platform of static and power frequency current is designed and manufactured. And the software of data acquirement and process based on LabVIEW is programmed, the static and the power frequency characteristics of GMR sensor are analyzed and compared. The static test results show that the key parameters of GMR sensor under positive and negative magnetic field are nearly the same, and the output of saturation region is lower once the temperature is higher. The power frequency results show that the linearity of sensor is good, and the comparison between static and power frequency results verifies its high uniform degree. All the test results illustrate the possibility of application of GMR sensor in AC/DC electronic current transformer.
