社会责任标准SA8000对完善我国劳动者权益保障的启示

摘　　要：社会责任标准SA8000作为一个以保护劳工权益为内容的社会责任管理体系,理论上明确了资本对劳动者所应负的社会责任,代表着劳动者的利益,体现了资本在各种力量的作用下对劳动者的一种人文关怀。随着我国对外开放进程的加快,SA8000对中国的劳动者权益保障产生重大影响。本文将SA8000与我国有关劳动者权益保障的法律相比较,提出了完善我国劳动者权益保障的建议。As a corporate social responsibility management system of labor rights protection, SA8000 represents the social responsibility that the capital should be held to the workers, which demonstrates the interests of the workers, and also reflects the humanis- tic care to workers. Since China becomes more open to the world, the corporate social responsibility will have great influence on the protection of labor rights. This paper compares SA8000 with China＇s relevant laws and regulations of labor rights protection, and puts forward some advices to perfecting China＇s protection of the legal rights and interests of laborers.
