摘　　要：机电产品作为工业设计重要内容在产品设计中有自己的发展规律;本文从机电产品的定位、工业设计如何在机电产品中体现、机电产品的造型设计与使用方式方面,简明扼要地分析机电产品与工业设计的相互依存的关系。The machinery and electronic products is an important content of industrial design.It has its own law of development in designing.The essay makes a concise analysis on the mutually dependent relationship between the machinery and electronic products and the industrial design from three angles：how to properly evaluate the machinery and electronic products,how to embody the industrial design in machinery and electronic products and the relation of model design and using methods of the machinery and electronic products.
