摘　　要：敏捷供应链管理是现代企业十分关注的问题,建立良好的敏捷供需链管理系统是实现敏捷供需链管理的重要保证。本文提出了协同管理模式下敏捷供需链系统模型,并研究了该模式下敏捷供需链管理及优化方法,在此基础上提出了敏捷供需链管理系统的体系结构。为增强供需链在国际市场中的竞争力提供了一条可行性途径。Agile supply chain management draws great attention from modern enterprise and it takes a sound agile supply chain management system as its prerequisite.This article is to introduce an agile supply chain management system model based on collaboration management mode,and also explains the management and optimization method under such mode,based on which the agile supply chain management system structure is elaborated.All of the above help to open a practical way for increasing the supply chain competency in the international market.
