摘　　要：古都洛阳是河洛文化的发祥地和中心。北魏在洛阳建都历４１个春秋。以北魏京师洛阳为中心的河洛文化，在复苏和发展了的儒家传统文化的基础上，融合、吸收鲜卑族和其他少数民族文化的优秀成分，吸收宗教及其他外来文化的精华，形成了以儒学为基础的多元文化，在河洛文化发展史上树起了一块丰碑。Luoyang—the capital in Northern Wei is the birth place and centre of He Luo culture. On basis of resuming and developing traditional cultures of the Confucianists, it mixed together the excellent elements of Xian Bi nationality and other minority nationalities and absorbed the cream of religions and foreign cultures.It sets up a monument in development history of He Luo culture.
