摘 要:本试验探讨了优生素对北京肉鸭生产性能的影响。试验选用1日龄北京肉鸭。试验分2个阶段,第一阶段为1~21日龄,采取床上饲养,共2000只雏鸭,分4个处理组,每个处理组设5个重复组;试验第二阶段为22~38日龄,采取地面饲养,共800只肉鸭,同样分4个处理组,每个处理组设5个重复组。各处理组优生素分别按0、250、400、500g·t-1添加到基础日粮中。结果表明日粮中添加400g·t-1优生素组的采食量与对照组相比差异显著;日粮中添加250g·t-1优生素组的体重与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);日粮中添加250g·t-1和400g·t-1优生素组的料肉比与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);日粮中添加250g·t-1和400g·t-1优生素组的死淘率与对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01),添加500g·t-1优生素组与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);日粮中添加250g·t-1和400g·t-1优生素组的经济效益与对照组相比,要优于对照组。本试验的结果表明日粮中添加优生素可提高北京肉鸭的生长性能,给养鸭业带来一定的经济效益。In order to discuss the influence of Prebiotics on the production performance of the Beijing meat duck,one-day aged Beijing meat duck was selected in the experiment. The experiment was divided into two stages: The first stage is 1-21 day age. The duck were raised on the bed,2000 one-day Beijing meat ducks were divided into 4 test groups,each test group 5 repetitions; the second stage was 22-38 day age,the duck were raised on the ground,800 Beijing meat duck were divided into 4 test groups,each test group 5 repetitions. Added 0,250,400,500g·t^-1 Prebiotics in the diet to the test groups separately. The result indicated: The feed intake of the 400g·t^-1test group compared with control group,the difference is remarkable (P〈0.05); the weight of the 250g·t^-1test group compared with control group,the difference is remarkable (P〈0.05); the material meat ratio of the 250g·t^-1 and 400g·t^-1 test groups compared with control group,the difference is remarkable (P〈0.05). The death and eliminating rate of the 250g·t^-1 and 400g·t^-1 test groups is more remarkable (P〈0.01) compared with control group. The difference of 500g·t^-1 test group compared with control group is remarkable (P〈0.05). The economic profits were much better in the 250g·t^-1 and 400g·t^-1 test groups compared with control group. The above conclusion showed adding Prebiotics in the diet can bring certain economic profits to the aquaculture,therefore,Prebiotics is one kind of new feed additives.
