摘 要:植物根系是活跃的吸收器官和合成器官,它的主要生理功能是吸收和支持。国内外关于DCPTA和DTA-6对作物根系的促进作用均有相关报道。以拟南芥野生型(Columbia)作为实验材料,通过利用叔胺类活性物质DCPTA和DTA-6两种物质不同浓度的溶液,分别在MS培养基上对拟南芥萌发和根系生长相关指标进行研究,以明确DCPTA和DTA-6对拟南芥根系生长发育的影响。结果表明:(1)DCPTA和DTA-6对拟南芥生长致死浓度为1000mg/L;(2)同一浓度下,含有DTA-6培养基的萌发率和幼苗子叶发生率略高于DCPTA。其中含有1mg/L浓度的DCPTA和DTA-6培养基的拟南芥萌发率和幼苗子叶发生率为100%;(3)拟南芥幼苗的主根长、下胚轴长、侧根数在0.1mg/L,1mg/L和10mg/L浓度DCPTA和DTA-6的培养基下均高于对照。其中1mg/L浓度的值为最大,并显著高于对照(p<0.05)。100mg/L,500mg/L浓度的显著低于对照(p<0.05)。拟南芥平均根粗、根表面积、根系总体积以及叶片鲜重和根系鲜重表现相类似的规律;(4)拟南芥叶片叶绿素总量、叶绿素a和叶绿素b的含量在0.1mg/L,1mg/L和10mg/L浓度DCPTA和DTA-6的培养基下均高于对照。其中1mg/L浓度的值为最大,显著高于对照(p<0.05)。1mg/LDCPTA和DTA-6培养基的拟南芥叶片叶绿素a/b比值最小,与对照差异显著(p<0.05)。Roots are the active organ for absorption and synthesize,and the main function is to absorb nutrition and support for plants. There are some reports about the promotive function to the roots by the application of DCPTA and DTA-6. In this experiment,we use a wild-type Arabidopsis thaliana (Columbia) as experimental material. By the use of substances DCPTA and DTA-6 with different concentrations solution,we want to investigate the effect of DCPTA and DTA-6 on root growth and development in Arabidopsis. The results showed that (1) The Arabidopsis lethal concentration by DCPTA was 1000 mg/L;(2) Under the same concentration,the rate of seed germination and cotyledon occurrence in MS culture medium containing DTA-6 was a little higher than in MS culture medium containing DCPTA. 1 mg/L concentration of DCPTA and DTA-6 showed a whole 100% rate of seed germination and cotyledon occurrence;(3) The root length,length of hypocotyls and the numbers of side root in Arabidopsis are higher than CK under the MS culture medium containing 0.1 mg/L,1 mg/L,10 mg/L DCPTA and DTA-6. These characteristics are higher than CK significantly under the concentration 1 mg/L DCPTA and DTA-6 MS culture medium (p〈0.05). The 100 mg/L and 500 mg/L concentration was lower than CK significantly (p〈0.05). The average root diameter,root surface area,root volume and the root fresh weight showed the same trends as the root length,length of hypocotyls and the numbers of side root in Arabidopsis ;(4) The content of chla and chlb,the ratio of chla/chlb in Arabidopsis leaves are higher than CK under the MS culture medium containing 0.1 mg/L,1 mg/L,10 mg/L DCPTA and DTA-6. These characteristics are higher than CK significantly under the concentration 1 mg/L DCPTA and DTA-6 MS culture medium (p〈0.05). The ratio of chla/chlb was lower than CK significantly under the MS culture medium containing 1 mg/L DCPTA and DTA-6.
