摘 要:【研究目的】探讨毛鸡骨草的氮、磷、钾营养特性以及氮磷钾肥配施对其产量的影响。【方法】通过分析不同生长时期叶片氮、磷、钾含量变化情况研究毛鸡骨草营养特性;采用四因素三水平正交设计,研究了氮磷钾配施对毛鸡骨草产量的影响。【结果】毛鸡骨草叶片在6月初和9月初含氮量最高,8月中旬含磷量最高,5月中旬和7月中上旬含钾量最高;不同生长时期叶片中氮磷钾含量均为N>K>P;毛鸡骨草高产施肥配方为腐熟猪粪19500kg/hm2,氮(N)180kg/hm2以及钾(K2O)75kg/hm2。【结论】氮肥宜于五月和八月施用,磷肥作基肥施用,钾肥于播种前和五月施用;在施用19500kg/hm2腐熟猪粪的基础上,施用氮肥有极显著增产效应,磷、钾肥无显著增产效应。OBJECTIVETo study the nutrition characteristics of N,P and K in Abrus mollis Hance and the effects of combined application of N,P and K on the yield of Abrus mollis Hance;METHODNutrition characteristics of N,P and K in Abrus mollis Hance were studied by analyzing the pattern of change in the concentration of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P) and potassium(K) in leaf of Abrus mollis Hance at different growth stages. An orthogonal design of four factors and three levels was adopted to find the effects of N,P and K fertilizers on the yield of Abrus mollis Hance;RESULTSThe peak of leaf nitrogen concentration is in June and September. The highest leaf phosphorus concentration is in August. The peak of leaf potassium concentration is in May and July. The average nutrient concentration in leaf of Abrus mollis Hance was in the following order:N〉K〉P. The optimum combination of the fertilizers on the Abrus mollis Hance was shown as pig manure thoroughly decomposed 19500 kg/ hm^2+N 180 kg/hm^2+K2O 75 kg/hm^2,which led to very significant effect on increasing output;CONCLUSIONNitrogen fertilizer could be applied in May and August. Phosphate fertilizer could be applied as base fertilizer. Part of potassium fertilizer could be applied as base fertilizer while the rest could be applied in May. when application of pig manure thoroughly decomposed was 19500 kg/ hm^2,the application of N resulted in very significant effect on increasing output in Abrus mollis Hance,while P and K had no significant effect on increasing its yield.
