摘 要:为探明雌蕊形态败育的关键时期和相关影响因子,以玉巴达杏为试材,在临近开花前(从花芽鳞片错开期开始到大蕾期),定期测量了花芽质量、花芽纵径、花芽横径、雌蕊长度、子房横径、花柱横径、柱头横径、花药纵径等形态指标的变化,并分析了雌蕊长度与其他形态指标的相关性。结果表明:从完全露萼期开始,玉巴达杏雌蕊长度开始迅速增加,变异系数开始明显增大;雌蕊长度变化与花芽质量、花芽直径、子房横径和花药纵径的关联系数依次减小。In order to know the critical time of pistil abortion in appearance and its related impacting factors,it was observed in each growth stage during the period of pre-blossom,from separation of bud scales to expansion and rounding of petals,that changes in some morphological characters of flower buds of ‘Yubada’ apricot such as the mass,vertical and transverse diameter of flower buds,pistil length,transverse diameter of ovary,style and stigma,vertical diameter of anther and so on. Also,the relationships were analyzed between pistil length and the other morphological parameters. The results showed that from the beginning of expansion and rounding of sepals on,a rapid increase was detected in pistil length as well as its coefficient of variability. An orderly descending in the relational coefficients was found between the variation of pistil length and bud mass,flower bud diameter,transverse diameter of ovary and vertical diameter of anther.
