摘　　要：在分析中国土地资源现状基础上,阐述了制约中国土地资源可持续利用的自然、社会经济、技术、空间、文化等方面的因素。同时从管理学中管理方法的角度提出了促进土地资源可持续利用的若干措施与建议。On the basis of analyzing the present conditions of land resource in china,this paper elaborates the restrict factors such as natural,socio-economiccal,technological,spacial and cultural factors of sustainable land use. Finally,provides several proposals and measures to improve the sustainable land use from the view of managerial method.
