摘　　要：提单遗失后最直接有效的方法就是到承运人或承运人的代理人处重签提单,但船公司往往要求提供押金。探究当前提单遗失重签的押金的法律性质和效力,对该押金的公平性质进行分析,并对实务中的具体做法提出合理性建议。When a bill of lading has lost, the most direct and effective way is to reissue it from the carrier or the carrier＇s agent. In practice, the carrier demands a deposit due to loss and reissue bill of lading. The paper examined legal characters and virtues of a deposit in nowadays, discussed the inequity of a deposit on loss and reissue bill of lading in practice, thereby submitted legitimate and reasonable proposals for practice.
