摘　　要：从居民交换的初始状态出发,探讨金融的本质以及金融交易对金融组织产生的自发性和必然性的影响,进而揭示金融体系内生演进过程中所特有的性质和规律。According to the initial exchange state of the resi-dents, the paper discussed the nature of financial, as well as effects of financial transactions on financial organization＇s sponta- neity and inevitability, which revealed the unique nature and law in the process of the endogenous evolution of the financial system.
