摘　　要：通过对英语、汉语国际地位形成的简介,指出一种语言的国际地位与该国的政治、经济实力有着紧密的联系,并分析随着俄罗斯经济的日益强大,俄语作为一种世界官方语言,21世纪将在全球上演俄语热。Through introducing the development of the interna-tional status of English and Chinese, the paper pointed out that the international status of the language is closely related to its country＇s politics and economic strength. As the Russian econo- my becomes increasingly powerful, Russian, as an important official language in the world, will promote a global Russian up-surge in the 21st century.
