摘 要:主要对比了普通注塑等规聚丙烯(IPP)试样和振动注塑IPP试样晶型及力学性能的差别,研究了高模温条件下振动频率、振动压力对IPP样条力学性能和晶体形态的影响。结果表明,IPP样条的冲击强度比未振动试样有所提高;较高的模温则有利于β晶的生成。通过广角X射线衍射分析发现,在高温下,高频、低振动压力注射有利于IPP中β晶含量的增加,实现注射IPP试样的自增强和自增韧。The difference of the mechanical properties and crystal morphology between normal injection molding and vibration injection molding was compared. Effects of vibration frequency and vibration pressure on the mechanical properties and crystal morphology of IPP were studied when molding temperature was high. The results show that the tensile strength of samples produced by vibration injection molding is higher than that of the samples produced by normal injection molding. Higher mold temperature is propitious to the formation of crystal structure of β form. The crystal structure changes are observed by WAXD. High temperature, high vibration frequency and low vibration pressure are propitious to the formation of β form crystal in IPP. And polymer self-reinforcement and self-toughening are achieved.
