针刺加艾炷灸治疗绝经过渡期功血21例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺加艾炷灸治疗绝经过渡期功血的临床疗效。方法:常规针刺关元、三阴交、百会、隐白穴,配合辨证取穴;艾炷灸取穴:百会、关元、肾俞、足三里、膈俞、隐白。结果:本组21例,治愈13例,好转7例,未愈1例,总有效率95.2%。结论:针刺加艾炷灸治疗绝经过渡期功血疗效显著。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with moxa-cone moxibustion for perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Meth- ods:Twenty-one patients received acupuncture on acupoints of Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao, Baihui and Yingbai,and moxa-cone moxibustion on acupoinits of Baihui,Guanyuan, Shenshu,Zusanli,Geshu and Yingbai.Results:Of 21 patients,13 were cured,7 ef- fecitve,1 ineffective,and the total effective rate was95.2%.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with moxa-cone moxibustion exerts certain effect for perimenopausal dysfunc- tional uterine bleeding.
