射干中异黄酮类提取工艺研究

摘　　要：采用L9(34)正交试验法研究射干中异黄酮类(Isofx.)的提取工艺。以浸膏得率、射干苷(Tectoridin)为指标,考察提取溶剂、提取时间、及提取次数等因素。结果表明,射干最佳提取工艺为:药材加70%乙醇(1→10)回流提取3次,每次2小时。Using orthogonal experiment L9 （3^4） to study the extraction process of Isofx. in blackberry lily. By using dry extract rate and the content of Tectoridin as index to study volume of the solvent, duration and times of extracting. Results ：the best extraction process is reflux extraction with70 % alcohol （1→10） for 3 times, 2 h per time.
