摘 要:针对污水沉降罐在安装刮吸泥机后的受力可靠性问题,建立了简化力学模型和三维弹塑性有限元模型。利用ANSYS软件计算了沉降罐在改建前、假设只有刮吸泥机载荷作用和改建后3种受力状态下的等效应力和位移的分布,以及滚轮位于导轨不同位置时整个装置的受力情况。结果表明,导轨和支撑肋板承担大部分的刮吸泥机载荷。A simplified mechanical model and a 3-dimensional elastic-plastic finite element model was founded for the stress reliability of the sewage settling tanks before and after installing a scraping and sucking sludge machine. The equivalent stress and displacement distribution of the sewage settling tanks were calculated under three stress conditions ( before and after installing a scraping and sucking sludge machine, and letting it be supposed that there was only the load action of the scraping and sucking sludge machine) , and the stress condition of the whole apparatus was also calculated when the roller wheels were in different locations of the guide track using ANSYS software. The result shows that the guide track and the support ribbed plates bear most parts of the load of the scraping and sucking sludge machine.
