摘  要:自密实混凝土具有高流动、低噪音、自密实等优良的工作特性,有利于环境保护和土木工程的可持续发展。基于自密实混凝土配合比设计中添加高效减水剂SP和增黏剂VMA,实现低水胶比下改善混凝土流动性和抗离析性能的试验研究。研究结果表明:自密实混凝土配合比设计中SP可降低拌合物的黏度,增加流动性;而VMA或增大骨料与胶凝材料的比有利于混凝土的抗离析性能。The Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC) possesses good working performance including higher fluidity, lower noises, and self consolidating.It is prone to protect environment and sustain develop for civil engineering.Based on adding superplastisizer (SP) and viscosity modified agent (VMA) into concrete mixture and improving fluidity and segregation resistance, the experiments with both lower water-to-binder ratio and different dosage of SP and VMA were carried out.The test results indicated that adding superplastisizer will debase viscosity and increase fluidity.It also implied that addition of VMA substantially decreases segregation.An increase of the total aggregate-to-binder ratio will affect both the segregation and fluidity.
