摘 要:利用粉浆浇注-熔渗法制备了Fe-WC-Cu复合材料。研究了球磨时间、pH值、六偏磷酸钠(NaPO3)6含量对粉浆流动性的影响。利用浇注方向上等距离位置硬度的变化,定性地研究了WC的分布,并用金相结果进行佐证。结果表明:当球磨时间为24 h、pH值为11、加入(NaPO3)6为0.5%时,粉浆具有最好的流动性;Fe-WC生坯密度在粉末装载量为75%时达到最大值;采用合适的预烧工艺可以调节其孔隙度;在Fe-WC-Cu复合材料中WC不产生偏析。Fe-WC-Cu composite was produced by slip casting and infiltration. The effects of pH value and sodium hexametaphosphate(NaPO3)6 content on slurry fluidity were studied. Change in hardness of composite with the distance from casting stream was used to deter- mine the distribution of WC, and the results were examined by metallographical observation. The results show that slurry with pH value of 11 and(NaPOa)6 content of 0.5% had best fluidity; Green density of samples with 75% loading was the highest; The porosity could be controlled by appropriate pre-sintering process;No segregation of WC in Fe-WC-Cu composite was observed.
