良性前列腺增生症患者生活质量量表的修订与考评

摘　　要：目的考评良性前列腺增生症患者生活质量量表修订版。方法通过随机抽取163例患者的生活质量资料对修订版BPHQLS的信度、效度进行考评,同时与原量表进行对比。结果修订版BPHQLS一周重测信度为0.858,Cronbach’sα系数为0.952,分半信度系数为0.766。BPHQLS修订版与SF-36总分、IPSS症状得分、IPSS生活质量评分的相关系数为0.822、0.901、0.775。修订版BPHQLS能较好地区分BPH患者和非BPH患者,不同病情程度患者和不同来源的患者。修订版BPHQLS可解释BPHQLS得分变异的94.7%。两量表得分的总体轮廓相互平行、重合且两样本合并后总体轮廓为一条水平线。结论修订版BPHQLS具有较好的信度、效度和区分度。修订版BPHQLS与BPHQLS信度、效度和区分效度基本一致,能替代BPHQLS。Objective To evaluate the revised version of Qualitfy-of -llfe Scale for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasla Patients. Methods The QOL data measured from 163 patients were used to evaluate acceptance rate, validity and reliability, Meanwhile the contrast test were used between the revised version of BPHQLS and initial scale. Results The test-retest correlation coefficient, Cronbach＇ a coefficient and split-half reliability coefficient of BPHQLS revised version were 0. 858, 0. 952, 0.766 respectively. The scale＇ s correlations with the SF-36. IPSS symptom score, IPSS quality of life score were 0. 822, 0. 901, 0. 775 respectively. BPHQLS revised version could well discriminate the foflowing kinds of persons：BPH patients or not; patients with different degree of symptoms; in-patients, out-patients, and community patients. Two scales have no significance in reliability and two profiles of the scales were not only parallel and coincident but also in the same level. Conclusion Revised version of BPHQLS is a good valid and reliable instrument and it can be used as a substitute for the BPHQLS.
