摘 要:伪指环虫病是严重危害鳗鲡养殖的寄生虫病。为了寻找其生活史薄弱环节,给生产实践提供防制思路,本研究对寄生于欧洲鳗鲡的秉伪指环虫的生活史进行了细致的观察,证实温度是影响虫卵孵化的决定因素,还有以下新发现:纤毛幼虫具正趋光性;成虫在排卵过程中,有新卵同时开始形成;纤毛幼虫以头端或尾端出卵的方式孵化;显微镜和SEM观察均显示虫体中部的纤毛主要分布在腹部,并非完全环绕;高盐溶液短暂处理能终止虫卵的发育。Pseudodactylogyrosis threatens the eel industry seriously. In order to seek changes in its life cycle for prophylaxis of Pseudodactylogyrosis in practice, life cycle of Pseudodactylogyrus bini was observed in laboratory. The results proved the temperature was the critical factor for hatching of P. bini. The positive phototaxises of oncomiracidia of P. bini were also found. New eggs were formed in the course of oviposition. Oncomiracidia hatching was started with rents in head or rear-end of oncomiracidia. SEM found that cilia of oncomiracidia was mainly on the ventral side instead of around the waist. Embryonic development of P. bini can be ceased by transient treatment with high-concentration salt solution.
