兔源肺孢子虫种系发育的研究进展

摘　　要：肺孢子虫属(Pneumocystis)含多种具宿主种特异性的肺孢子虫,它们可以诱导严重免疫功能低下宿主产生肺孢子虫肺炎。断乳兔可自发发生肺孢子虫肺炎,引起典型的肺部病理组织学改变。本文就兔源肺孢子虫光镜与电镜结构、基因和种系发育学特点进行综述,并与其他种肺孢子虫进行比较,从生物学与种系发育学上证据表明兔源肺孢子虫应是一新种肺孢子虫,同时也证实了肺孢子虫具有遗传多样性。The genus Pneumocystis includes numerous host-specific species that are able to induce severe pneumonitis, especially in severely immunocompromised hosts. Rabbits at weaning can develop spontaneous PCP which is natural Pneumocystis infection provoking typical lung histopathological changes. The article reviewed current knowledge about the morphology, uhrastructure, gene and phylogeny features of Pneumocystis carinii f. sp. oryctolagi, and compared with other Pneumocystis species. A new taxon, Pneumocystis oryctolagi, should be defined on the genotypic, phylogenetic and phenotypic bases. This paper also demonstrates that Pneumocystis spp. has genetic diversity.
