摘  要:通过切削试验,研究了重型车削过程中各种声发射源产生的AE信号的特征.着重讨论了重型车刀破损时产生的AE信号与刀具正常切削时刀具经过硬质点、夹渣、铲坑以及断续切削和切屑折断时产生的AE信号之间的差异,从而找到了由声发射信号来判定刀具破损的方法.The features of AE signals produced by various acoustic emmission resources during heavy-duty turning process are experimentally researched in cutting experiments. The differences of AE signals produced during heavy-duty turning tool breakages and during normal cutting and many other cutting processes are mainly discussed. As a result, the criterion for tool breakages is given according to AE signals.
