摘 要:利用程序熔化理论和层焦燃烧理论,揭示了铁水中锰的波动是由于炉料按程序熔化所造成的,并用计算机动态模拟了耐磨铸铁的熔化过程和铁水中锰的变化规律.发现熔化初期铁水中锰量较高,正常熔化时锰呈周期性变化,熔化末期锰量偏低;铁水中锰的波动幅度与前炉(或浇包)的容量有关,并提出了稳定铁水成分波动的一些措施.The procedural melting theory and layer combustion′s theory are applied to reveal that the fluctuation of Mn for melted iron in cupola is caused by the process of procedural melting, and microcomputer is used to simulate dynamic melting process and the variation rule of heat-resistant cast iron finding that content of Mn is higher in the initial melting stage, and periodically changes in normal stage and in final stage, fluctuation of Mn is connected with the capacity of the ladle. Some methods to stabilize chemical composition of melted iron are put forward.
