摘  要:论述了随着我国煤炭开采规模越来越大,引起的水资源破坏问题越来越突出,极大的阻碍了环境与社会经济的协调发展。指出煤炭绿色保水开采将会在不影响区域水文地质条件情况下采煤,可以很好地预防矿井突水等地质灾害,从而带来巨大的社会效益和潜在经济价值。依靠关键层理论、离层理论、裂隙发育规律、渗流规律、巷道矿压显现规律等基础理论支撑,进行了讨论。With the increasing scale of China's coal mining, the problem of water resources destruction caused by the mining is more and more obvious and it greatly hinders the coordinated development of environment and social economy. Water-preserved mining of coal will be conducted under the condition that it does not affect regional hydrogeologic conditions. It can prevent well mine from water bursting and other geological disasters. This brings about significant social benefits and potential economic value. The discussion is carried out by key stratum theory, separation theory of rock layer, growth law of crack, transfusion rule and the appearance of the tunnel ore presses.
