摘　　要：本文研究OSAS患者与正常人腭咽指数的显著差异，并据此设计腭咽成形术中软腭切除范围公式，治疗19例收效良好。The palatopharyngeal index was measured on 19 patients (males 16, females 3)with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) and 51 healthy subjects (males 48, females 3). Result showed that the palatopharyngeal index was significantIy different between patients and healthy subjects. Accoding to the palatopharyngeal index [resectionlimit size of soft palate (mm) = (patient's index-healthy index) /long (mm) ofpatient's palate to pharynx], 19 patients with OSAS were operated by surgery of UPPP(uvulopalatopharyngoplasty), and the cure rate was 84. 2% (16 in 19).
