摘 要:目的了解保健护士岗位胜任特征。方法运用胜任特征核检表对226名保健护士进行问卷调查,通过专家小组讨论确定初步的胜任特征编码词典。运用行为事件访谈,并根据编码词典对访谈结果进行编码处理与统计分析。结果两组访谈时间、长度差异尢统汁学意义(P>0.05)。优秀组和普通组护士的专业知识与技能、责任感、严谨性、应急能力、主动性胜任特征差异具有统汁学意义(P<0.01或 P<0.05)。结论专业知识与技能、责仟感、严谨性、应急能力、主动性是区分优秀保健护士与普通保健护士的5项特征。Objective To investigate the competency of health nurses. Method A questionnaire survey of competency checklist was conducted in 226 health nurses. Based on the results, the competency dictionary was obtained through focus group discussion of professionals. Then,the transcripts of behavioral event interview (BEI) were coded based on the competency dictionary. Results There was no significant difference regarding the time and length of interview between excellent group and ordinary group( P 〉 0. 05 ). However, there were significant differences regarding professional knowledge and skills, responsibility, preciseness, emergency capability, initiative between nurses in the excellent group and ordinary group ( P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Professional knowledge and skills,responsibility,preciseness,emergency capability,initiative are the key competencies which can distinguish excellent health nurses and ordinary health nurses.
