摘　　要：通过分析我国护理风险的成因和分类,根据我国护理风险管理现状,借鉴发达国家的风险管理方法和原则,对我国护理风险管理提出完善各项报告制度,建立护理风险预控体系和预警系统,注重风险管理组织结构的构建和效果评价等建议。This paper analyzed the causes and classification of nursing risk and current status of nursing risk management in China, and proposed some suggestions to nursing risk management with the reference of risk mananagment methods and principles in developed countries, such as completing well various reporting regulations, establishing prediction and emergency system for nursing risk, paying close attention to the building of organizational structure of nurs- ing risk management, as well as effect evaluation.
