摘　　要：目的将信息化融入护理风险管理,提高护理管理水平。方法充分利用"军卫1号"医院信息系统中网络信息资源,编录国内外使用的10余种风险评分方法和对应的护理防范措施,开发适合护理工作特点和安全管理需求的"护理风险评分管理系统"软件,并在具体管理活动中加以应用。结果该软件应用后,压疮风险预报率、跌倒风险预报率上升,病人满意度和护理质量提高。结论该软件的运行,加大了对病人风险的监控力度,增强了护士风险防范意识,促进了护理措施的落实和护理风险管理质量的提高,值得应用推广。Objective To apply the informational management in nursing risk management and improve the level of nursing management. Method Based on the information resources of JUN - WEI NO. 1 network system, the management software of ＂risk prediction rule for nursing＂ was developed and applied in nursing practice,which involved in more than ten series of assessment methods and preventive measures of nursing risks. Result Compared with before,the prediction rate of pressured ulcer and falls,patients＇ satisfaction and quality of nursing were increased. Conclusion The application of the management software of ＂risk prediction rule for nursing＂ can strengthen the force of risk supervision,enhance nurses＇ risk awareness,supervise the implementation of nursing measures and improve the quality of nursing risk management, which is worth spreading.
