穿心莲中一种新内酯的立体结构研究

摘　　要：利用柱色谱及高效液相色谱等方法对穿心莲地上部分的乙酸乙酯提取物进行分离，得到１０个已知化合物和１个新化合物。AcOEt extract of the aerial part of andrographis paniculata(Burm.f.)Nees was separated by column chromatography and HPLC.Ten known compounds and a new component were obtained.The configuration of the new component was studied by means of syntheses and NMR.
