摘　　要：通过高效液相色谱和薄层色谱分析阐明了利洛司酮中微量杂质的组成，由柱层析分离及化学合成方法获得两个主要杂质。This paper elucidates the constitution of impurities in new antiprogestinlilopristone by HPLC and TLC analysis;Two main impurities were isolated by column chromatography and then synthesized in our lab.Their structures were also proved to be monodemethyllilopristone (2) and hydrolilopristone(3) by UV,IR,1HNMR and MS.
