盐酸丁丙诺啡的镇痛效应

摘　　要：本文以舌下滴注给药进行小鼠醋酸扭体实验、热板实验和舌下滴注、皮下给药进行大鼠甩尾法镇痛实验，测定盐酸丁丙诺啡的镇痛效果。结果表明，丁丙诺啡舌下给药镇痛效果确实、可靠。Buprenorphine hydrochloride(Bup)is a partial opiate agonist, and also has a long antagonist action. It has been used as an analgesic in clinical medication since 1970 in Europe. Our aim is to study the analgesic effect of Bup by sublingual tiration in mice and rats,using aceticacid induced twitching in mice, hot-plate test in mice and tail flicking test in rats. The results revealed that Bup also had potent analgesic effect by sublingual tiration,compared with other administration route like subcutaneous injection.
