摘  要:目的:结合新疆夏季干燥炎热、干旱少雨,冬季严寒漫长,春秋季节短促的气候特点,栽种满足实验要求的拟南芥植株并建立有效的转基因体系。方法:对拟南芥生长培养基质、光照条件、湿度等方面进行改进,并利用农杆菌介导法对拟南芥进行功能基因的转化。结果:获得拟南芥生长适合的栽种条件:培养基质为蛭石∶珍珠岩(3∶1),浇1/2MS营养液;光周期前4周8h光照;4周后16h光照;湿度为40%(60%,并通过基因转化获得了阳性植株。结论:为新疆地区以拟南芥开展转基因植物功能研究奠定了良好的研究基础。Objective: Obtaining the robust plants of Arabidopsis and estabfishing a good transformation system of Arabidopsis in the special climate characteristics of Xinjiang arid region. Method: The cultivation conditions of Arabidopsis thaliana had been explored through some improvements on growing matrix, light period and relative humidity, and the foreign functional gene transformation on Arabidopsis was conducted by Agrobactefium. Result: The suitable cultivation conditions of Arab/dops/s tha//ana was the materials vermiculite: perlite (3 : 1 ), as growing matrix, watering with 1/2 MS solution, the growth of Arabidopsis with 8h light in the former 4 weeks, 16h light liner, and 40% (60 % relative humidity, and efficiently genetic transformation system was established.Conctusion: It made a good foundation for scientific research by using Arabidopsis thaliana in Xinjiang.
