复方党参改善高原人脑功能的对比研究

摘　　要：目的：为探索药物改善和预防高原低氧对人脑功能的损害，1996年5～7月我们对居住海拔；3700m一年的同一群体26名健康青年进行了口服复方党参片的临床对比研究；方法：采用丰氏成人智力量表（WAIS—RC）筒式四合一及韦氏记忆量表（WMS）甲式和DX—A型电脑多项心理测试仪对复方党参服用前后的26名青年分别进行测验；结果：服药后的智力与记忆功能及多项心理测验明显优于服药前（P＜0．05或P＜0．01）；结论：复方党参对于减轻和改善高原低氧对人脑功能的损害有明显的防治效果。To study the effects of Dangshen mixture on improving and reducing the damage of brain function hypoxia-induced at high altitude during may-July, 1996. Methods:We recruited 26 healthly young men who had settled in highland(3 700m)for one year and examed intelligence and others with many instruments such as 4 in 1 WAIS-RC,I-model WMS,DX-A mo del computer multiple psychological test. Results: The subjects who taken the Dangshen mixture were more superior than control in intelligence,ability of memory and many psychological tests. Conclasions:The Dangshen mixture has obvioully precentive and curative effects on reducing and improving the damage of brain function hypoxia-induced at high altitude.
