摘　　要：社会主义核心价值体系是社会主义的本质表现,是凝聚全国各族人民的共同思想基础和社会发展的旗帜,具有鲜明的时代特征。用社会主义核心价值体系引领新闻行业自律,是时代的需要、行业发展的需要和队伍建设的需要。因此,必须处理好他律和自律、法律和道德、制度和教育、身教和言教的关系。Socialist core value system is the manifestation of socialism＇s nature as well as the flag that embodies the common ideological foundation of all the peoples throughout the country and the social development. It is of distinctive feature of the times. To guide journalist self-discipline with socialist core value system is the need of the times, the need of journalist development and the need of team building. Therefore, it is imperative to deal with the relations between heteronomy and self-discipline, between law and morality, between system and education, and between example and precept.
