脊柱结核的病理组织成分影像学对照分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨脊柱结核的各种病理组织成分MRI、CT、X线平片影像学表现特点。材料和方法:17例经手术证实、12例经临床抗结核治疗后病情稳定、症状好转而证实的脊柱结核,对其各种病理组织的MRI、CT、X线平片影像学表现进行对照分析。结果:经MRI、CT、X线平片检查共显示23例存在较明显的冷脓肿,26例存在椎间盘破坏,23例可见死骨形成,10例脊柱后突畸形,15例椎体骨炎,10例可见结核肉芽肿,9例可见未液化的干酪样坏死物质。结论:通过CT、MRI平扫与增强扫描能清楚显示并甄别脊柱结核的各种病理组织成分。Objective： To explore the MRI, CT, X-ray imaging features of different kinds of pathological tissue in spinal tuberculosis. Materials and Methods： To analyse and compare the pathological tissue of spinal tuberculosis images of MRI, CT, X-ray of which 17 cases were proven by surgery and 12 cases by clinic. Results： There are totally 23 cases with cold abscesses, 26 cases with intervertebral discs destruction, 23 cases with bone sequestration, 10 cases with kyphosis, 15 cases with osteitis, 10 cases with tuberculous granuloma, 9 cases with caseous necrosis which were not liquefied on MRI, CT and X-ray imaging. Conclusion： The types of pathological tissue of spinal tuberculosis can be displayed and discriminated distinctly by MRI, CT and X-ray imaging.
