摘　　要：阐述了瞬流与浪涌的定义、产生原因及危害,并基于MATLAB语言进行电力线路建模与仿真,探讨瞬流与浪涌的运行机理,为"电污染"治理提供可靠的技术依据。With the electricity pollution in rural network being mnre anti more serious, this paper expatiate the definition, cause and harm of instantaneous current and surge which are the primary reasons of electricity pollution. And discussed the circulate mechanism of instantaneous current and surge which offered credible technology basis to govern electricity pollution based on the MATLAB language to modeling and simulate the electric line.
