摘 要:目的采用腹部套管法建立大鼠心脏移植模型,并分析该方法优劣,为器官移植研究提供合适的动物模型。方法SD大鼠60只,参照Baxter的报道进行同种腹部异位心脏移植,成功制作了该模型并总结了经验。结果共实施手术30例,成功27例,成功率90%;移植心存活30 d以上。结论新型的大鼠心脏移植模型简单易行,成功率高,适合用于器官移植研究,值得推广应用。Objective To set up a new type of heterotopic heart transplantation model in rats, sum up the experience about this model and analyze its advantages and disadvantages. Methods In this experiment 60 SD rats were chosen. Baxter's new method was referred to set up the heterotopic heart transplantation model in rats. The experience of the new method was summarized. Results Heart transplantation was performed on 30 rats by this new method. Among them, 27 cases were successful. The success rate was 90% . All those 27 rat hearts survived more than 30 days. Conclusion The procedure to prepare this new-type heterotopic heart transplantation model in rats is simple, with high success rate, suitable for application in the field of organ transplantation, therefore, is worthy popularizing and applying.
