摘 要:为了解新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)时脑电活动的变化,对一组HIE新生儿进行脑电图的监测,并定量化地分析其各频段(δ,θ,α,β)间相对功率百分比及绝对功率和总功率的变化,结果显示,目测分析5例为正常新生儿脑电图,2例轻度异常,3例重度异常。功率谱分析双枕区W、AS、QS期δ频段相对功率百分比明显下降,枕区QS期总功率也有明显下降。提示:HIE脑电图的背景活动和功率谱均可出现改变,这些特征对于HIE的诊断可能具有一定意义。To evaluate the electroencephalographic changes in neonates with hypoxic ischemic en cephalopathy (HIE),video-EEG monitoring was carried out in a group of neonates with HIE.The absolute powers, total powers, and the relative powers percentage among various fre quency bands (δ, θ,β and α)were quantitatively analyzed. On routine analysis, 5 out of 10 cases had normal neonatal EEG, 2 had mild abnormal EEG,and 3 had severe abnormal EEG. The analysis of electroencephalographic powers revealed a significant decrease of bilateral occipi tal a band relative powers percentage on awake (W),active sleep (AS) and quiet sleep (QS) stages. The total powers at occipital region on QS stage also markedly decreased. The results of the present study suggested that both of the EEG background and the powers spectrum changes be of value in the diagnosis of neonatal HIE
